Joined Vlasova Mikhel & Partners in 2015. Prior joining to VMP Yuliya had been working as a senior associate at the Belorusian office of the Baltic law firm.
Yuliya has more than 15 years of experience advising local and international clients on domestic and cross-border real estate, construction and corporate transactions, including complex transactions connected with acquisitions, office and retail leasing, projects involving construction law along with FIDIC forms, as well as corporate and M&A transactions. Besides, Yuliya is experienced in consulting regarding public procurement procedures in construction, participation in appealing the results procedures. Yuliya constantly advises and supports global and regional financial institutions with structuring the security under finance transactions and implementation of security instruments such as mortgages and pledges.
Apart from real estate and construction issues, Yuliya has extensive experience in advising clients on various corporate and employment aspects.
