New law on payment aggregators

On August 27, 2022, the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated April 19, 2022 No. 164-Z “On Payment Systems and Payment Services” will come into force. It has for the first time regulated types of payment services and payment services providers as well as requirements to their activities.

In our article "Regulation of Payment Aggregators" we reviewed the main requirements to the commercial activities of payment aggregators (payment couriers), residents and non-residents.
