Notary: easier and faster
Amendments to the Law "On Notaries and Notarial Activities" make it possible to perform remotely more than 10 notarial actions from 07.11.24.
You can remotely, among other things, obtain:
- certificate of inheritance;
- certificate of ownership of shares in the marital property;
- certifying the accuracy of translation of documents;
- accepting money and securities in the notary's deposit;
- executive inscription;
- securing evidence posted on the Internet;
You can contact a notary via postoffice (for all actions performed remotely) or electronic document (3,5, 6 from the list above, and 3 others not specified above) using the resource of the Belarusian Notary Chamber.
When contacting via postoffice, the authenticity of the signature is notarized.
Application via the portal belnotary.by is submitted in your personal account (created in advance by notary) with an electronic digital signature. From the notary, the notarial document is sent through the applicant's personal account in the form of an electronic document.
