Amendments to the Laws “On Companies” and “On the Securities Market” have been introduced

On 18 July 2022, the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Amendments to Laws on Securities Market Issues” was adopted. This law introduces amendments to the Law “On Companies” and the Law “On the Securities Market”. Most of the provisions of the Law will come into force in a year after the official publication, i.e. on 23 July 2023.
