During mid 1990’s Vlasova & Partners held a leading position in the legal services market in the Republic of Belarus. The firms' achievements have been recognisedon numerous occasions by international professional media and ranking organizations such as Chambers Global and Legal 500. On 12 April 2007 Vlasova & Partners merged with  Mikhel & Partners, under the name of Vlasova Mikhel & Partners.

The merger enabled the firm to broaden the scope of its legal services that we now provide. As a matter of the reform of the legal profession in Belarus, our partners became advocates and on 20 March 2013 established VMP Vlasova Mikhel and Partners Law Office.

Due to the legislation changes  on October 30, 2021 VMP Vlasova, Mikhel & Partners Law Office merged with Vlasova, Mikhel & Partners. Legal services LLC. The latter one is the legal successor of the Law office and operates under the license of the Ministry of Justice.
