Non-standard business opportunities
Since November 19, 24 of the most popular types of companies in business (LLC, unitary enterprises, except JSC) can use a standard charter, instead of developing an individual one.
This is convenient if the shareholders do not need special terms and conditions in the management of the company in comparison with the general rules of the law, while certain features can be set in the contract between the shareholders.
The forms will be approved by the government.
It is impossible to change the standard charters, when using such a charter, the specifics will relate only to the individual characteristics of the company: name, address, participants, authorized capital, etc.
Such charters will contain general provisions of legislation without "unless otherwise provided by the charter".
