On 18 August 2011 a legal forum «Share circulation: possibilities and limitations» took place in Minsk at the hotel «Victoria» organized by the magazine «Trade and Industrial Law»

Within the framework of this event participants discussed novelties on the regulations of transactions with shares. The senior associate of Vlasova Mikhel & Partners expressed his own opinion by delivering a report regarding peculiarities of share circulation in the closed joint-stock companies and difficulties on estimation of cost for share sale.
