Vlasova Mikhel & Partners supported the Belarusian State University in organization and conduction of the International summer school (seminar) «Alternative Ways of Conflict Resolution in the Legal System» held on 22 – 24 June 2011 at the law faculty of the university

Professors, post-graduates and students from France, Germany and Belarus became the participants of the school (seminar).

The main subject of the seminar was devoted to the issues of application of alternative dispute resolution procedures for settling disputes arising in different spheres: in the sphere of economic activity, in the social sphere, in the spheres of civil, employment and criminal law.

Within the framework of the seminar senior partner Liliya Vlasova delivered a report on «State and Perspectives of Mediation Development in the Republic of Belarus».
