Konstantin Mikhel is designated to serve on the Panel of Conciliators maintained by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).

Managing partner Konstantin Mikhel was designated as one of representatives of the Republic of Belarus to the Panel of Conciliators of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), an authoritative international arbitral institution, a member of the World Bank Group. The aim of ICSID is to facilitate resolution of disputes between foreign investors and States through conciliation or arbitration procedures.

The ICSID maintains a list of conciliators and the list of arbitrators, which is formed of representatives of the States ratified the Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of Other States.
