New information in EGR

Changes have been made to the Instructions on the procedure for maintaining the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs (EGR).

From 24.11.2024, EGR will include information on the legal entities acting on the basis of on a standard charter and on the commencement of the reorganization procedure of a legal entity.

EGR will be supplemented by a register of representative offices of foreign organizations and branches of foreign legal entities, containing information on the name, location, types of economic activity of the representative office (branch), information on the foreign organization that opened the representative office (branch), on the head of the representative office (branch), and other information.

It is also possible to obtain an extract from EGR on a representative office of a foreign organization or a branch of a foreign legal entity.
